ℹ️ About Advanced Proxy Tester

Advanced Proxy Tester checks proxy servers for connectivity, response time, protocol support, anonymity headers, SSL capability, and visible exit IP information. Use it to verify HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 proxy lists before adding them to a scraper, browser profile, QA environment, or security lab.

SOCKS version 5 is specified in RFC 1928, HTTP semantics in RFC 9110, and the standardized proxy forwarding header in RFC 7239.

Key Features:

  • Real-time Testing: Live feed showing results as proxies are tested
  • Anonymity Detection: Elite, Anonymous, or Transparent classification
  • Speed Analysis: Response time measurement and ranking
  • Geographic Location: Country and ISP identification
  • SSL Support: HTTPS capability verification
  • IP Leak Detection: Check if real IP address is exposed
  • Batch Processing: Test multiple proxies with configurable concurrency
  • Export Options: JSON, CSV, and text format exports

Supported Formats: HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, SOCKS5 with optional authentication

Limitations and safety: a working proxy can still log traffic, inject content, throttle requests, or expose your real IP through DNS, WebRTC, authentication, or application-layer headers. Only test proxies you are authorized to use, and avoid sending production credentials or sensitive traffic through untrusted endpoints.

API Usage Example:

POST /api/tools/security/proxy-test
Content-Type: application/json

{
    "proxies": "8.8.8.8:8080\nhttp://proxy.example.com:3128\nsocks5://user:[email protected]:1080",
    "options": {
        "concurrency": 5,
        "retryAttempts": 2
    }
}
